Orders and Returns
All orders are sent via Royal Mail via the first class recorded delivery service, this means a signature is required upon receipt of parcel.
World wide shipping is available, however, Creu is not responsible for any import charges or taxes that you might incur.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then please email your order number and details, including any request for an exchange or refund to info@creuclothing.com clearly titling the email as RETURNS.
Creu is not liable for any return postage but original postage costs will be refunded with your order. Creu is not liable for any missed deliveries.
If you do wish to return your item, then please do so within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in an unworn condition with all original tags and packaging attached.
It is advised that you send any returns tracked and signed for.
